Terms of Use
These Terms of Use form a binding contract between you and True Blue Performance, LLC. They include an arbitration provision and class-action waiver that affect your legal rights (see Section 16). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
01. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to SportsBetLawsuit.com (the “Site”), operated by True Blue Performance, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and the services we provide through the Site (together, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Site — including by submitting a case review request, making a phone call to a number listed on the Site, or otherwise contacting us — you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
02. About This Service — Attorney Advertising
This Site is attorney advertising. SportsBetLawsuit.com is a legal advertising and intake service. We are not a law firm, not a lawyer referral service, and not a provider of legal advice. The purpose of the Site is to help people who believe they may have been harmed by sports betting applications reach attorneys who investigate or litigate those types of cases.
Attorneys who appear on, or receive leads from, the Site pay to be included. Inclusion does not constitute a recommendation or endorsement, and we do not represent that any particular attorney is qualified to handle your case.
03. No Attorney-Client Relationship
Submitting information through the Site, calling a number listed on the Site, receiving marketing communications, or otherwise interacting with us does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and True Blue Performance, LLC or between you and any attorney to whom we may refer your information. An attorney-client relationship is formed only when you and an attorney have signed a written engagement letter or retainer agreement.
Until you have such a signed agreement, do not send us any information you consider confidential or privileged beyond what is reasonably necessary to evaluate whether you may qualify for a potential claim.
04. No Legal Advice
The information on the Site is provided for general informational and advertising purposes only. It is not legal advice and should not be relied on as legal advice. Every legal situation is different, and the applicable law depends on the facts of your specific case and the jurisdiction in which you live or were harmed. You should consult a qualified attorney licensed in your jurisdiction for advice about your specific situation.
05. No Guarantee of Outcome
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Nothing on the Site is a promise or guarantee that you will qualify for a lawsuit, that a lawsuit will be filed on your behalf, that any particular amount of money will be recovered, or that any particular outcome will result. The amount or likelihood of recovery in any given case depends on the facts, the applicable law, the court, and many other factors beyond our control.
06. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. If you are using the Services on behalf of another person (for example, a family member), you represent that you have the authority to do so and to bind that person to these Terms.
07. Permitted Use of the Site
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial purpose of learning about potential claims and submitting a case review request.
08. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Use the Site to send unsolicited communications, promotions, or spam
- Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, spiders) to access, copy, or monitor any part of the Site without our prior written consent
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or circumvent any security or access controls of the Site
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any Site component
- Copy, reproduce, republish, sell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Site other than as expressly permitted
- Use the Site to harass, defame, threaten, or harm any person
09. Your Submissions
When you submit information through the case review form, by phone, or by any other means, you represent and warrant that the information is truthful, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
You grant True Blue Performance, LLC and the participating attorneys with whom we share your information a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, reproduce, and disclose the information for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, including evaluating your potential eligibility for a claim and connecting you with counsel.
You understand that we may share the information you provide with one or more participating attorneys and that those attorneys may contact you directly.
10. Consent to Be Contacted
By submitting the case review form and checking the consent box, you expressly consent to be contacted by True Blue Performance, LLC and by participating attorneys at the telephone number and email address you provide, including by means of automatic telephone dialing systems, pre-recorded or artificial voice messages, SMS text messages, and email — for the purposes of discussing your potential legal claim, providing information about our Services, and marketing related legal services.
Your consent to receive these communications is not a condition of receiving any Service. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any text message
- Clicking "unsubscribe" at the bottom of marketing emails
- Asking the caller to place you on our internal do-not-call list
- Emailing privacy@sportsbetlawsuit.com
You may also register your number on the National Do Not Call Registry at donotcall.gov. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional communications about a specific case you have asked us to evaluate.
11. Intellectual Property
The Site and all of its content — including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, images, layout, and software — are owned by or licensed to True Blue Performance, LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. “SportsBetLawsuit.com” and the associated logo are trademarks of True Blue Performance, LLC.
Nothing on the Site grants you any license or right to use any trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property without our prior written permission. All third-party trademarks — including names of sportsbook operators such as DraftKings, FanDuel, BetMGM, Caesars, ESPN Bet, and Fanatics — are the property of their respective owners and are used on the Site for identification and informational purposes only. Their mention does not imply any affiliation with, endorsement of, or sponsorship by their owners.
12. Third-Party Links and Content
The Site may link to third-party websites or services that we do not own or control. We provide these links for convenience only. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party content, privacy practices, or security. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and governed by their own terms and policies.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the maximum extent permitted by law, [LEGAL COMPANY NAME] disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from a course of dealing or usage of trade.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; that defects will be corrected; or that any information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current. Any reliance on information from the Site is at your own risk.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL [LEGAL COMPANY NAME], ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF — OR INABILITY TO USE — THE SITE OR SERVICES, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the extent the foregoing limitation is unenforceable, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Site or Services shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless True Blue Performance, LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Site or Services, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any third-party right (including intellectual property or privacy rights), or (d) information you submit being false or inaccurate.
16. Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights
Except as set out below, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site or Services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration and not in court. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.
Informal resolution first
Before starting any arbitration, you agree to first contact us at legal@sportsbetlawsuit.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 60 days.
Arbitration agreement
If the dispute is not resolved informally, you and True Blue Performance, LLC agree to resolve it through final, binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, available at adr.org. The arbitration will be conducted in Williamson County, TN or, at your election, in your home county, by a single arbitrator. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class action waiver
You and True Blue Performance, LLC agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.
Exceptions
This Section does not apply to (a) claims that qualify for small-claims court, or (b) actions to enjoin infringement or misuse of intellectual property.
Opt-out right
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to legal@sportsbetlawsuit.com within 30 days of first using the Site. The notice must include your name, address, and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. To the extent any dispute is not subject to arbitration under Section 16, you and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Williamson County, TN.
18. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice.
Headings. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after the revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of them. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
